Not sure how to convey how stunned Ian Bell and I are for being nominated by the IDA for their Best Editing award. I do not recommend trying to whittle down roughly 1,000 hours of archival footage into something coherent, but obliterating our brains was totally worth it in this specific case.

For almost a decade I’ve used Frank Stallone and his replies as a barometer for a certain kind of lunkheaded M*GA type, and it has genuinely been very helpful re: talking points/belief trends among that group. Now he’s just outright reposting this shit. Cool.

Thank you deadCenter Film Festival for this jury recognition for editing for WTO/99! Whittling down 1,000 hours of archival footage of the precursor to our current descent into militarized state fascism was an insane endeavor, but it was worth it to bring the story to a new, broader audience.
