WRONG! You mixed up Alvin Bragg's case with Letitita James '. James did not prosecute Trump on 34 misdemeanor counts elevated to felonies, she sued him for bank fraud. But the DOJ has indicted her for felony Bank Fraud which comes w/ an up to $1,000,000 fine &/or 30 years in prison! Celebrate!
