Orthographic angles: Front, back, side and top-down view of the armchair. Did you know? To make the creation of different angles easier, you can use white shapes with a stroke effect rather than drawing the line art directly. Then you can copy & paste parts and edit them quickly! Additional angles: Three-quarter frontal angles of the armchair. Additional angles: Three-quarter back angles of the armchair, frontal center angles of the armchair.

The concept of re-use: Using an existing asset is a budget-friendly way to cut down on the workload. Instead of drawing every muffin, the same muffin can be re-used. A big muffin is shown which is then duplicated 4 times onto a platter. Did you know? To make the duplication less obvious, the asset can vary in size and orientation. If patterns and colours of the asset change, it's often referred to as a "re-dress". The ingredients: 3 different muffin toppings, 3 different doughs, 3 different wrappers. If all components are fully coloured and kept on separate layers, making variations is a breeze. The image shows 3 muffins with different wrappers and toppings which will form the base for the set. Let's cook! Variation round 1, the toppings are swapped around on the muffins to create variations. This now creates 9 different muffins in total. Variation round 2, the colours are swapped around to create even more variety. There are endless options. The more elements an asset includes, the more options can be created. You can keep a limited colour palette or vary it up by picking more colours!

The crust. Step 1, Prepare the sketch. Step 2, fill in the flat colours. Step 3, Add basic shadow direction with the Triangle Tex brush. Step 4, Blend using brighter orange and eraser version of Triangle Tex. Step 5, Add highlights. The interior. Step 1, add waves with a semi-soft brush. Step 2, add more detail to the waves. Step 3, add an edge using a semi-soft brush. Step 4, add subtle shadow to edge. Final touches. Step 1, add highlights with a semi-soft pen. Step 2, add glow around highlights with an airbrush.
