The 6 agencies was a different court case. The one that reinstated me today at the DOT was Maryland vs USDA. And yes, you can go to court listener and look at the documents to see which depts/agencies are affected by this order.

I’m definitely in a similar mindset. This administration has proven to us they cannot be trusted to do anything right or lawful. How you feel is valid. I probably will get the boot soon (RIF) and am still looking for another job regardless of my reinstatement.

Looks like some depts/agencies have or are complying. Doesn’t mean all of them are. I think there is a report due to the courts by 7PM EST with information regarding who has and has not been reinstated yet.

Good question - I think the idea is that they are reinstated to the job even if it is not in existence anymore. Essentially this is saying we were never terminated and that the job has always existed

I saw some IRS reinstatements. I’m DOT and they barely made the deadline.

I was instructed to return to duty this Thursday. I’m on administrative leave until Wednesday. RIF notices are expected to go out soon and I’m sure I’ll be on the notice. So it’s a waste. We are getting backpay and benefits but a lot of us will be RIF’d anyways. I was training when I was terminated.
