At least I don't look too worse for wear. In other news I'm back to watching anime while doing cardio. Today I watched the first 2 episodes of Nageki no Bourei wa Intai Shitai. I'm a sucker for slapstick fantasy shows 😅

He does a full body Kettlebell workout that he showed me and it kind of kicked my butt 😅
This was after we jumped rope for cardio and overall it was one of the best workouts I've had since I started!
