Thalia being borderline annoyed at Euthalia, even when brainwashed, would probably influence her actions once she undoes her brainwashing. Euthalia isn't that important to her, so it really wouldn't be that difficult to believe that the shadow is actually an evil witch lol.

She believed that she was just her face, and was supposed to serve her. Nothing more. Euthalia wanted to bond with her, but wasn't able to because of Thalia's cold nature.

She'd most likely try to eliminate the closest threat that stands on her way and that threat happens to be her mistress. Despite Euthalia being incredibly fond of her- Thalia, never really was fond of Euthalia. Even when brainwashed.

Euthalia as some kind of evil non-human entity, one that only exists simply to steal both her identity and life. While Maggie was able to somewhat keep calm and not harm her mistress (kinda), Thalia wouldn't. She won't think twice- Lose control in a way and just get violent.
