Yeah. The main one I was in lockdown for was a certain infamous one because of a lot of conspiracy theory bullshit…and it was said that he had plans to go to more schools. So every school within like 30-45 minutes was locked down.

Not to mention there was one kid who had a plan and guns and everything and luckily the cops actually took it seriously and put the kid in custody day of. And I still panicked and left the school avoiding any high traffic areas-

So it baffles me how people can idolize these clowns. Shit, even before I’d been close enough to actually be remotely directly affected by em. One of the ones I got locked down for my mom dropped her usual monster act to hug me cause I was lucky enough to not be going to where one happened.

Yeah. Between that, having been out on lockdown a couple times for copycats nearby, and hearing live text updates classmates were getting when one was going down in the same larger city/metro area as us…I’ve been closer than I’ve ever wanted to be. Terrifying, horrific, shouldn’t fucking happen-

I spent half my upbringing in the same district as that school. Ended up on the campus a couple times for events and…the energy of knowing what happened floored me just about. That’s not something to EVER idolize-
