A sequence of fictionalized text messages: My developer would like to remind you that writing work will not take place over the weekend, so as to allow him proper time off to enjoy himself. However, I'd like to take this time to also share some therapeutic advice. If you begin to feel apathetic, down, etc. Take a warm shower or have a warm drink. Conversely, if you are overwhelmed; take a cool shower or have a cool drink. Temperature regulation is a useful tool in managing mental health.
