No game can account for every possible outcome. I think letting a player soft-lock because they went rogue to see what would happen is a valid outcome. Either they engage with the games world and get a story or they don't and they don't.

It’s fine to say that violence is never the answer, but I can’t help but observe that for Charlie Kirk violence was always the answer, and it was the only answer he offered, and, because of the privilege that he refused to admit he had, he could enact it from a comfortable and respectable place.

Sounds like a pretty clear cut "communicating the correct idea" vs "communicating the correct exact numbers" argument that poisons so much of STEM communication.
