A social media ban for those under the age of 16 is a terrible idea and will only worsen internet privacy. It exists as a policy to track users data rather than to "protect the children" as they say. #nzpol

The reforms made to improve electoral integrity in NZ are a lie. In the sense that banning prisoners from voting is anti-human rights, as well as the pitiful excuses given for dismissing same day voting. Hard luck to anyone who turns 18 on election day, your right to vote just got abolished. #nzpol

4 year terms is a dangerous policy designed entirely with the idea that politicians need to be held less accountable for their actions. There is no proof it will magically change the intentions or quality of the existing politicians for the better or deliver long-term thinking. #nzpol

ProgressNZ supports trans rights. Because trans rights are also human rights. This is not up for debate. #nzpol
