I have felt so alone in how "not ok" I am. I know so many are not ok and no one knows what to do. As a Medium and counselor and parent...this is terrifying. I have extremely personal reasons and the grief has been suffocating. I begged Spirit to give me hope and show me white men who CARE!

I can tell we are headed into dietary shifts. She used to love greens....but not the last 3 months and ai have tried them all. She will do it once and never again. I got toppers and everything. I keep it creative...aka EXPENSIVE af! Any tips?
