As I move to a new role (and more later); I've been thinking and talking to those I line manage about the qualities and, expertise a line manager should hold. While all were clear on poor line management (see screen shot 👇), all had different views of of a good #LineManager. Thoughts #Bluesky?

Bummer. The 13.30 was cancelled, the next at 14.06 hasn’t arrived, but apparently were boarding shortly. Mind you, the cause of the delay is just horrible.

#Grenfell It would seem that, for @conservatives.bsky.social , lying and, not apologising about lying is endemic. The below from the man who "slashed [housing] regulations" to the extent that 72 people died and, a community was wreaked. No apology, but a mere 'nothing to do with me guv' approach.
