Especially when scapegoating is so easily done and happens all the time. I can't help but shake the feeling that this isn't just like an outrage killing, rather than something calculated that may actually improve the overall utility for people in the future. Not good!

But that seems like a pretty unlikely thing to happen! And furthermore, the uncertainty of that probably makes the killing a lot more questionable! I don't think killing someone you think is evil should be tolerated. There's not really an objective standard to evil for most people.
