We're establishing a new research network...if it involves eating within social interaction, we're in!

It's November. It's dark. We don't need another reason. As a voracious writer of lists, it's always a good idea to add something just for ourselves.

...or to heck with the list and just eat some chocolate 🍫

Feeling inspired after a research visit to @vuamsterdam.bsky.social to discuss all things eating and interaction with scholars across the disciplines.

Not sure what the SW denoted, but I'm taking that as a sign (!) that I was welcome.

I'll be back for more stroopwafels...

CfP for an edited collection on DP and education, to be submitted to the Palgrave DP series. See info in the poster and contact Katarina for more details.

The Palgrave DP series is growing with more in the pipeline.

If you'd like to be part of the series, get in touch with myself or @lizstokoe.bsky.social. It's open for long or short monographs or edited books; the central feature needs to be Discursive Psychology in theory/method.

I have this card taped to my office door as a reminder to stop and eat chocolate. On a cold day in the depths of darkest November, we need this more than ever. Sending solidarity to all those who love lists.

Autumn: the season that looks at academic clothing and says, "It's okay, you're amongst friends now. I've got you."
Welcome back, corduroy, tweed, and increasing layers of wool. The weather finally suits my wardrobe.
