Ask your chair to report that data to the department. Everyone will know who is privileged and who isn’t already based on rank, no surprise there, but I think many would be surprised at the extent of the privilege.

Depending on type of institution, your chair should have access to plenty of data on labor distribution. Class sizes, number of classes, committee assignments, research allocation, etc. administration probably uses that data to evaluate efficiency and often uses that for feedback to the chairs.
