FWIW, Helvetica is Helvetica the 7th Circuit's "Requrirements and Suggestions for Typography in Briefs and Other Papers": www.ca7.uscourts.gov/forms/type.pdf. I looked because I wonder if it were an issue with some fonts not saving correctly when converting to PDF.
