CoOp had this coming for years. There are many historic shortcomings in their approach to delivering a resilient cyber posture. Failed CISO’s, low skilled young managers, and a team who were over focused on tick box security and governance. This I know from the up close, and personal coal face.

Hacking, born out of Captain Crunch (John Draper), Dark Tangent (Jeff Moss), Access All Areas, 2600, DefCon and Black Hat. The culture continues to evolve. The Challenge is, Cyber Security has not kept pace on the Skills front.
