Also, @patrickryne.bsky.social notes that there is no publicly acknowledged vacancy on the W.D.Mo. So, to what seat is she being nominated? Obama-appointee Douglas Harpool is the only retirement eligible judge on that court. Josh Divine has a joint appointment and could get the CA8 spot soon.
