John Prescott; a much-misunderstood visionary. His wisdom, innovation & humour were invaluable. It was privilege to chair a panel for him which, reshaped CoSHH, HSE & EA policy on multiple enviro-vulnerabilities. John was pivotal in the UK’s climate response.
