Man I miss Publix! (And also Waffle House.) When I head south to see the family, I always stop in and wander the aisles for a bit, trying to soak up some to take back home with me. My branded Publix coffee mug is a treasured possession.

Sometimes the phrase "logic has no place here" brings me some freedom from self-recrimination. I have people who love me AND sometimes I just don't feel it. I know it is there but this is the realm of emotion - things don't have to make logical sense, they just are. Don't beat yourself up about it.🫂
