/2 Our outlet reached out in mid-October for help resolving an open records dispute, but it’s been radio silence. As recently as March, Drummond’s office was bragging that they had received 174 complaints about open records and meetings violations, and had successfully resolved 133.

/3 Another change would seem to point record-seekers through a form on the agency website, instead of allowing an in-person visit to the agency during regular business hours. State agencies are required to have someone on-site during those hours who can address in-person requests.
