Really hard to say!
In my case, my gaming budget is a lot tighter now than it was in 2005, so I'm definitely not in the standard gamer audience.
But I think if it was guaranteed that we'd get the 100% experience for one price, I wouldn't mind if that price went up.

But would game devs (or publishers, or overseeing companies) be able to hold to that even at that price point? I've seen so many games that have seemed complete but then 6-12 months later suddenly there's a DLC or a definitive edition or some other money sink.
