An examination of the figures now show that Trump has only 1.68% more of the popular vote than Harris. This is well within the standard 3% error margin. I wouldn’t be saying Trump won the popular vote at all. He sure as hell doesn’t have a “mandate” and now there’s evidence of vote tampering.
