Americans need to face the fact that China is no longer chasing the U.S. It’s far in front and the gap grows daily. A sane Republican president would be focused on outcompeting, not occupying Minneapolis.
Bringing a gun to a protest was Pretti’s legal right. It did not mean he was a terrorist. It did not give ICE the right to execute him.
That does not mean it was a great idea. Carrying a gun increases the danger to yourself and everyone around you.
