The "pro-family" political viewpoint is really the "pro-keeping-women-out-of-the-workforce" plan. Preventing representatives from voting remotely when pregnancy or a new baby prevents travel is a legacy of the patriarchy that should be left in our past.

When your baby brother, who is 13 yrs younger than you ... the adorable freckle-faced little guy you used to read to and sing songs to and lug around like he was your own kid... when you watch him all grown up and reading to his two little girls, your big-sister-heart can't help but melt a little. ❤️

I finally watched All of Us Strangers last night-and holy Kleenex, I cried my eyes out. Such a sad, and yet beautiful, story of love and loss and loneliness, and how they can all wrap around each other. The acting by Andrew Scott and Paul Mescal, as well as Jamie Bell and Clair Foy, is fantastic.

As a law professor, I find this flabbergasting. As a mother, this makes me angry. As a woman who also had a baby in law school, this makes me want to cry. Accommodations for pregnancy are NOT HARD. Let's do better, people!!
