But here's, the thing, p values and significance become useless at such large sample sizes. When you're dividing the coefficient by the SE and the sample size is in the tens of thousands, EVERYTHING IS SIGNIFICANT. All you're testing is whether the coefficient is different than zero.

Agreed, I've also never really understood that while inflation is seen as a bad thing and something governments show reduce, housing price inflation is supposed to be a good thing.

Just about every other indicator of risk taking behaviours in young men (alcohol, drug use, offending, etc.) shows a similar downward trend.
