lol yes you are, we all are. Like roughly 10% of the population is aware there is even a fight to be had. Simply put, most Americans couldn’t care less. We are screwed because of them.

Am I correct in thinking there truly is no way back from all the damage this court has done/will do under this administration? I’m all for being a hopeful warrior but at what point are we in the “no return” range?

To generalize this down further, it's all (most) conservatives have as their reasoning: grievances. Someone somewhere slighted them once and made them feel less than superior and that was all it was ever going to take.

Also true. Rock and hard place scenario, but DEMs have a LOT of levers they can pull. They just lack testicular fortitude. Plays like this one are only good if the other side doesn't degrade the field even more (they will, Abbott already planning it). We need more drastic plays at this point.

Love that optimism but their leader has been blatantly corrup for 70+ years. Texans (and the larger GOP electorate) do. not. care. Eggs though!
