We've noticed that there are plenty of design systems out there, but most of them are built for web apps — not marketing websites. The few that do exist for marketing are often outdated or limited.

Why was going down to 3 stages the right decision at WaysConf , even though I avoided it for two years?
I'd heard from attendees that they wanted fewer stages (and funnily enough, this year's survey has requests for more). But in my head, cutting a stage felt like a step backward.
