In so far we've done a pomegranate and an apple juice - 3:1 ratio of bug to juice. Ferment on the counter for 2-3 days then pop in the fridge when the raisin we put in starts to float because of the carbonation.
The just plain apple was -delicious- and had such a lovely carbonation.
