been trying to work my brain in enjoyable ways & though not consistent yet, I've been trying to memorize poetry like I used to as a kid (at my mom's behest). mary oliver is my balm. this isn't the one I want to think of so often, but has come to mind again & again & again. Of The Empire (2008).
