The system health check, based on the #viablesystemmodel is a crucial part of the Creating the Conditions for Change© approach. It was originally what I called 'relationship mode VSM' and was combined with my approach to systemic inquiry. It gives great insight into your complex situation.

As we engage in systems change, adaptive learning and application of #systemsthinking I tell my students that your true underlying intentions will shine through at some point. If you are not authentically empathetic, it will come through in your work. People will see it. You cannot hide it.

I sometimes forget what it took to develop 'Creating the Conditions for Change©' but when I am preparing a workshop I am reminded. The approach was develop from insights I gained using the #viablesystemmodel in work situations since 2006 when I studied it academically for the first time.

I know its early but I started to put some lights up in my home office. Makes it more cosy
