Oh, I have one for you if you haven't already seen/read it. I recommend Heavenly Delusion. It does have some potential triggering moments, so you have been warned. But it is worth the watch. I have not read the manga yet(it's on the list!).

I just looked this up, and I'm already hooked. This is definitely my style! Okay, I'm going to read this first, lol

Oh, I love them too, but It it is nice to scratch a little deeper sometimes. Not that they can't. I'm currently watching Pluto, and It really caught me by surprise how good it is. I've added Wind-Up Bird Chronicle to my next up. Thanks again!

My group is mostly into "big punchie" anime, and my wife loves My Neighbor Totoro and Howl's Moving Castle, but that is as far as it goes. I had to look up Murakami, and you have thrown be down a great rabbit hole! Do you have any suggestions on where to start first?

You know it's wild. I felt the same way. I have only watched twice, but I was so impressed by stories within stories he is able to pull off. I have heard so many people express disapoint in it and I am just gobsmacked by that!

I have heard this. It is on the top of my bucket list of manga/anime. What did you think of the Boy and the Heron?

This is truly beautiful. One day, I will bite the bullet and read the series.
