i have double lobes too! they never rwally hurt that much but i will say helix pain is different

when you first get it, it hurts to even slightly move, but almost half a year in and things are looking good. it definitely hasnt healed fully yet, but rn it's not that bad to sleep on it

at first i tried to just use the donut tutorial, but i inevitably learn blender by searching up youtube tutorials for the specific thing i want to do and then in the future use the same wisdom i learned in the video
