I was so bad about clenching I had to go to PT. The jaw pain and TMJ I caused was brutal.

My 3 year old got 6 stitches on his forehead on Thursday, ripped open said stitches on Friday and yesterday, when he was jumping off the couch, I told him to chill and asked him if he wanted to get more stitches... He shrugged and said "yeah."

I'm glad you had that support when you needed it and hopefully her willingness to alter her language shows she's willing to grow and show up for you now as well. ❤️
