I used my plenary to showcase our achievements, particularly in ecophysiology kicking off a brilliant session with lots of contributions of LatAm colleagues. Thank you Cornelio and Melissa for inviting me and @daadworldwide.bsky.social + @consecol.bsky.social @unimarburg.bsky.social for support!

So sad to leave this beautiful country earlier than most ICO attendees. The spirit was awesome. Feels like odonatology is taking off to become a flagship of global #insect #biodiversity #ecology & #conservation.

Back again from the Camargue, les Alpilles and Crau where students @consecol.bsky.social @unimarburg.bsky.social explored a hotspot of Mediterranean Biodiversity as well as meet players from conservation and land use(farming, hunting..) to understand their interests and ties.

8am an it’s raining. Just me and the squirrels in the street but it feels nice to be back in NH.
