Not really. It cuts out part way through a clause. It’s messy. And it’s not like there aren’t plenty of other sources for constitutional text. Even they know you can’t erase parts of the Constitution by deleting them from a website. Like I say, they’re fascists, but they’re also bumbling fools.

As someone who consulted to government technology departments for many years, I can assure you that this definitely could be a glitch. This administration is still a bunch of fascist assholes, I'm just saying this particular incident may be more down to incompetence than intent.

Peniscola is also a lovely town on the east coast of Spain. Well worth a visit if you're ever in the area.
