The boring truth about some of the interventions that are played up as sure-shot remedies for better mental health. Does exercise help? Yes, of course. But is it better than medication or other interventions, in all scenarios? The answer to that is probably very complicated.

Another in an endless series of flawed meta-analyses of exercise & mood disorder. Sure, people who walk farther tend to be less depressed, but what sort of people take long walks? Any such study should contain a detailed consideration of reverse causation.
