By leveraging the power of generative AI, we aim to uncover hidden relationships across these data modalities to ultimately identify novel metastasis-associated signatures, followed by biological and clinical validation, to improve metastasis detection, prognostication, and clinical management.

Our multidisciplinary team will dissect this complexity by developing an advanced multi-modal foundation model based on routinely collected clinical data and cancer multi-omics datasets.
