Update: it gud! Could maybe use a bit more of a kick but its definitely on its way. Potato chunk size gud, next time should use smth more robust! Google recommends yukon golds or maris pipers as options? Who knows! Either way, worthwhile experience even if I've eaten l a t e

This seems to be a not-uncommon opinion xD But I liiiiike chonky taters! Not to mention they've broken up a bit in the slow cooker ^^

Browned it for 7/8 mins after breading the chunks in a seasoning-flour mix :) big 🤞 it turns out okay! And yeee I'm specifically going for CHONKY, trying to recreate smth a friend made for me years ago

Wishing you the very best of luck and comfort there! Its how my journey started, it just sorta ended up rabbitholing a lot in my case (then poof, hormones diagnoses and treatments 😅)
