yea, this the fact that if the company signed the agreement as it is, the SAG-AFTRA would have the power to simply force the company to only hire the union workers, I know about the waivers and Fi-Core thingy but even then, those are frankly shit and still force non-Americans and non-union workers-

no, I am not saying that, It is clear that I don't have a good way to said about the fact that there are something in the agreements beside from the AI protections(which Miyoho seem to be perfectly fine considering they already have that with non-eng VAs.) that both side are stuck about.

that part of the agreement I am fine with, My whole problem with the SAG-AFTRA is the fact that they, especially on twitter, seem to beat around the brushes, on why they seem to be very against not having to force people join the union if they don't want to in the first place.

Yes, that is true, and AI protection and such by laws is the way to do that, not stopping AI in the first place since that shit ass Pandora box is already been open. The VAs should have their voice be enforced by laws either or not if they want company and people to use their voice for AI.

if you are talking about using AI at all is wrong, to be perfectly honest, people already are seeing AI usage to not be a awful things and most likely will never again. I see Countries making laws for protection and stopping AI abuses to be a good thing due to it.

To be perfectly honest, I don't really have a source and that is my fault, the fact that a VA already consented to be used with AI and that it seem to cause no reactions at all form the peers is a very telling signs. I am aware how vague it sound sorry.

they seem to be simply concerned about the potentiality AI abuses to me. You also somewhat ignore my question on why the non-eng VAs seem to not have concerns and worries about the company abusing AI usage from them.

It is not about believing the Singapore will help the Americans. It is about why there seem to be issues on both side between SAG-AFTRA and miyoho while it already have agreements with VAs for protections and such from other countries. sorry, it if not making sense, I don't do well tracking talking.
