Marquez should be given a strong penalty for disrupting the start procedure as per Rule 1.18.18:
"Any person who, due to their behaviour on the grid is responsible for a
“start delayed”, may be further penalised."

Regarding your suggestion on the other pod. I think PR should be called Sorta Qually, and then the Saturday ones should be Qually Qually 1 and 2. With the first word in italics.
