They probably don’t wanna spend the time and effort, when they can just program the basic functions of a media player and majority of people will be content. It sucks because I like customizing everything lol.

I grew up with later generations of games but was always fascinated by how old technology worked.
Seeing how far limitations could be pushed or how they worked around them is mind blowing to me in it’s own way.
I really hope we can continue to preserve gaming history for future generations.
