📅 We propose an agenda for further the engagement with one of the most important scales of analysis in (critical) military studies: the body, the flesh, the mind:

➡️ Expanding theoretical robustness
➡️ Pushing the epistemological frontiers
➡️ Opening the conceptualization & methods

🌀 We delve into six interlocking themes: gender, sexuality, and binaries of masculinity/femininity; disability and health; death, mourning and remembrance; race and racialization; resisting militarism; and theoretical, methodological and interventions.

✨ Mobilising translocal knowledge and ‘terrorismo lingüístico’ (Azaldúa)
✨ Creating our own space of knowledge production and praxis
✨ Proposing methods integrating decoloniality
✨ A politics of friendship: emotions as a response to disembodied rationality

Based on an auto-ethnographic account, we critique #neoliberal academia through language, space and time and propose four reflexive paths to counter its consequences👇🏾
