I'm sorry, is that a joke? Harris and Clinton were some of the most pro-establishment candidates we've had in living memory. Harris essentially ran on a platform of the status quo, and Hillary was Secretary of State.

It's worth noting that Clinton and Harris both had low turnout amongst their own party. Yes, they faced headwind for being women, that was certainly a factor in their defeat. But also they were historically unpopular with their own parties on the merits of their policies.
