My takeaway from the poem of course includes that main theme. Empires fall, they always do. But I don’t know if that’s the point. I don’t think Ozymandias lost. Seeing how empires and emperors act today I think they know they’ll die. I don’t think they care

I don’t know what to tell you honestly. Jesus being a historical figure whose followers founded Christianity based on his teachings is the scholarly consensus. I’m not even making a religious argument. You might as well tell me Karl Marx was fictional person because Marxist-leninists are stupid

Take the parlour tricks away and you’re left with literally all of his rhetoric. The sermon on the mount is fully intact without any supernatural elements.
