You’re making a lot of bigoted assumptions. I don’t know why you would assume those things instead of understanding that there are plenty of qualified people from all backgrounds, but people’s biases (often subconscious) lead them to hire more people that look like them.

Idk where you got that idea from but the data shows the exact opposite. Women and minorities are disproportionately impacted by layoffs over white men.
