now overall i think the retro game market is speculative and fucking toxic at best, but its like im not afraid in the future of getting a console and just getting a mod or hacking it just so i don't have to spend 100 gajillion dollars on 40 year old games

like i get collecting for shit that cost a lot! but also the neo geo aes had like genuine arcade games on it! and was supported for almost ten years! at the end of the n64's life cycle u were getting stinkers like conker. that console just could not win

its just so crazy that the n64 just sucks overall, bad game lineup, weird controller, nintendo was stubborn as fuck to use carteidges. that console doesn't have a single final fantasy

the n64 has one of the most abysmal lineup of games aswell, its genuinely laughable

all im saying is that my brother had an n64 and a ps1 growing up, and i still have the ps1
