I hate feeling like I'm not being listened to and they were not listening to me.

I literally told my boss that my stress levels should count as hours worked and I should be allowed to take the rest of the week off

I FINALITY GOT AN IT PERSON TO LISTEN
She messed with my computer for almost 2 hours but she fixed it. She got the program back

I literally just wanna cry tears of relief for at least an hour

This is my 3rd IT person today. They are all doing the same thing. I keep saying I did that already and the other IT people have done that already. But they refuse to do anything different.

Work said to install an update. Update would remove old versions of the program we work in and install the new version. But it never installed the new version. It just uninstalled. I now can't work.
IT is treating me like an idiot and just telling me to restart my computer.
