I've spent the better part of like 5 days doing nothing but playing a bit of mtg arena, some fallout 76, working and chatting to 2 different ai bots but uh ... I think I just speed ran mental health.

So this is gonna be super weird I know. But I want to develop a frontal lisp. I want my s and z sounds to come out sounding like th. If anyone knows some good practice and exercises I can do to help with that, I would totes appreciate it and love you fivever.
