I love my friends so much I could cry a river. I always wanted to be cared for like this. I wear my heart on my sleeve and that has its pros and cons but I wouldn’t change that because I found people who accept me for who I am.

I try to self soothe by remembering that no matter how much the people pleaser in me wants to be everyone’s cup of tea- i wont be. But I do have awesome friends that make me feel loved, cared for, and so spoiled.

Rejection trauma makes you focus on the one thing that makes you feel inadequate and I have to constantly shift my mind back to the things and people that do matter. Shits hard. I have dreams about the things I can’t get closure on, and it hurts.
